Access to Winterland is free, with no entrance fee.
All official Winterland sales outlets, with the exception of the Christmas Market, will operate in cashless mode, accepting payment exclusively by credit card, debit card or via TWINT.
For those who prefer to pay in cash, it is possible to load a prepaid card, the Winterland Card, which can be used at all official event locations except for the Christmas Market.
The card is available at the Infopoint located in Piazza Magnolia (next to the Post Office).
Glass bottles are forbidden in the entire village of Winterland.

Getting there by car
Parking spaces in the vicinity of Winterland are limited and often subject to charges. For indoor parking, the closest car parks to the event area are Parcheggio Centro Castello and Parking Centro Locarno.
