Winty School

During the 2025–26 edition, the Winty Scuola project will once again involve an even greater number of primary school classes in the Locarno area and, as a new feature, nursery schools too. The children will create original Christmas decorations inspired by the theme of time, which will illuminate the arcades of Piazza Grande, bringing light and creativity to the heart of Locarno.

The initiative, which combines education and imagination, will offer children an opportunity to express themselves artistically and collaborate on a project that enhances the community. Classes will also enjoy a special day at Winterland, including screenings at the PalaCinema, lunch at the Pavilion and ice skating, for an unforgettable experience filled with the magic of Christmas.
